As far as I Know, there are two ways to find out if your medical report has been received by visa office or not. The first one is Tracking number, You can ask your DMP to provide tracking number for the report they have sent and then check it yourself. Second, It will be updated in Ecas status as medical received. Your ecase status will still be "in process" but afteryou click in there, it will shows medical received. Hope it helps.

the DMP where you had your medical examination can provide you with the tracking number for your medical exam results (i.e. Fedex, DHL, etc.).

I have done medical and sent the Right of permanent Residence fee in June 2010, received reply on 20th Sept. asking for further police clerance certificate from Saudi, hope to send it by next week inshaallah.

My medicals were done in April 2010 (been 6 months now).

Re-sent Police Clearance Certificate in July 2010 (been 3 months now) after medicals.

hi bro,
i asked my DMP for the tracking no and came to knw that the reports were received by chc on 8 oct.......... but no updation in ECAS today... 12 oct even after.... 4 days of receiving reports................ ... any suggestion ??????

Relax Benjamin, i did my medicals in July and e cas is still in process state.E cas is not the true reflection of state of this at times!!

yes benjamin, please relax according to fedex tracking number i got from our DMP, our medicals were received by Ottawa August 6 and until now e-cas is in process. i read in some other threads that it takes 2-3 months (sometimes more) to get a passport request.

e-cas is not real-time, so don't rely on it too much.

we did our medicals last July 26, it was received in Ottawa August 6.

hello everyone,
i see there is lot of anxiety after doing ur medicals, i just wanted to give my exp with LA office.
medicals sent on 25th aug
additional documents sent on 13th sep
PPR 23rd sep
passports sent on 29th sep.
waiting for my passports back.
My ecas was in-process till yesterday and only today OCT 12 it shows "decision made"
so my only advice would be "be patient" and dont worry of ur e-cas status.. papers would be moving
all the best for all of you
