I just had Language, Prohibition and Physical presence validated on the new one.

UPDATE - By the grace of God, we are finally done with this stressful process. Good luck to you all, hope it wont be much longer.

Feb 19 - All 3 of us had Oath ceremony (emailed them after ceremony asking them to send certificates ASAP)
Feb 24 - Received our Certificates via Canada Post
March 6 - Requested appointment date online for in person passport application
March 11 - Received call to book in person appointment for March 21
March 14 - Submitted passport application
March 16 - Collected my passport

BG Completed: January 23, 2022
Test Invitation: Feb 23, 2022
Citizenship Test Completed: March 14, 2022
I heard of the ECAS for the first time and went to check it. Application is In Process.

Tried to email this DNCITSRYCEREMONY@cic.gc.ca on March 10 got response today . And said That my file and my Son's are currently marked " Ceremony Ready" Continue to monitor your inbox for future correspondence regarding your citizenship ceremony.

Just wondering if it makes sense to put a Urgent request now since I am basically at the last step now, my manager has been asking the team recently about the travel ability and he is making plans accordingly, seems like I am missing out on some good opportunities because of my situation. I can ask my boss to send me a email and then send that as a proof for urgent request, will it work?

If you can do it, you should. I read a poor dude waited 12 months between DM and Oath the other day. Not Surrey office tho.

It definitely isn't based on country, as I have been told FP requests come if your name is quite common and their is some confusion with file, i might be wrong though

My name is unique only 2 out of a million have it and I got the FP request

I will ask my MP for support on this and if he doesnt agree then i will apply on my own for Urgent processing, thanks I guess it does make sense since you can never predict when things will get done.

Only 2 month from Test to DM.
I had to wait 5.
Now who can guess how long should we wait for Oath ?
I also tried that email yesterday, no response yet.

Test Completed : 23 Nov 2021

4 months has passed after the Test completion, No update whatsoever. By April, it will be 12 months of Application processing
