Trying to call them everyday but Everytime they dont transfer to agent.
What is the best time to call. What the best phone to reach them So that I can ask for my card.

same with me. Yesterday I called them and they confirm that CARD is dissipated and when I went home.. I received a letter for Photo. Exactly after 1 month back I got email to submitted the photos.

I called cic today, still no news about my application after resubmission of photos. But what the agent told me, that actually photos send by registered mail are open and processed faster, than the ones with regular post service.
In my case i send by very big mistake with regular post, so now suffering because of a lack of information
I have seen people with similar timeline have already received cards or their card were send to a production. In my case my application is stuck there. May be I should send a new pictures with registered mail, and can test which is faster ?
Any idea what is the best for this situation ?

Yeah. Same for her. Could not call yet. Did you get any AOR ?

I don't have any AOR. I think not many ppl got AOR...You can try to call again tomorrow as I used to get in touch with the agent. Just need to see whether you meet a good agent that helpful to look into the system for you. Good luck

Landed 1st Nov 2015 YVR.
CIC received new Photos on 18th Feb 2016 ( Sent out via Fedex so confirmed delivered)
29th Feb AOR email received by PR Card Processing Center.
16th March Card posted
23rd march received card

Yes, they tried to accomplish the SLA they set in a month from the date receiving the photos. I know they work on sat sun as well in order to issue all cards asap.

When did you send out the photos? I regular mailed my photos on the 2nd of March and the agent told me the photos were received and the application is at the final stage. I think there'll be no problem with your application. Good luck.

Although we landed on Sept 30th, 2015, my wife PR card not yet received. After I spoke to agent and then she ask me to submit NEW passport photos for my wife. Now still waiting to receive her PR card.
