Please advise as we need to count the waiting time

Nowadays its so random. I landed on 01 Nov , still no card. Agent says they will follow up because by now my card should be in printing.

Canada is a pathetic place to live in. They trap people just for the sake of forex and exploit them. The PR cards are being delayed by CIC deliberately so that they could waste people hard earned money they brought from home.

The medical system is pathetic, i believe the Kenya's medical system would be much much better than this sucking country. If you go to emergency you have to wait for whole day for your turn no matter you are dying there are not.

The irony of the medical system further increases in case your wife is pregnant and no gynecologist attend you and take you for his/her patient and again its sucking country. Its not a dream land but a night mare. Please think 10000000000000 times to leave your home land and waste your hard earned resources. We are planning to move back very soon.

It can be really difficult at the beginning, and I'll agree with you that early on the medical system can be incredibly frustrating. You hear all the time about how good it is, but I think that's mainly Americans talking and comparing it to their own. It can be hard to find a doctor who is taking new patients, and it seems like nobody is interested in helping you.

BUT

This will sort itself out. It just takes time. You'll find a regular doctor. If you're actually dying I can assure you someone in emergency will help.

You'll make new Canadian friends. You'll learn and get used to the way things work here. You'll start to be happy again.

Of course you have every right to return home, but I'd encourage you to stay with it at least a little longer - the battle to get PR was difficult, so you can make it through the battle to settle too. Good luck!

I landed on 1st Nov at YVR n still no card. Agent said our card should have processed but still its in progress so he sent an email to relevant department to look into it.
So you call call them to check ur card status.
And plz update here if any new info.

It should take 2 weeks to print n then 3 to 4 working days for delivery ( depends on where you live from printing location )

Looks like the processing time has gone up to 105 days again... When I looked yesterday it was down to 73 days. Was that some kind of mistake?

Who knows what's going on! I called CIC yesterday and the agent mentioned times coming down from 105 to 73 days. I hope that this jump back to 105 days is a mistake.
