Hi Guys

I am in a trouble to file my express entry under CEC.
My situation is :
Masters student canada.

Below is my job experience and all my jobs are without gap as software developer but with different employee.


The problem is for one of my job 4 jan 2016 to 5 feb 2016 ( 1 month) i dont have reference letter. Employer neither replying to my email and not giving because i only work for 1 month and left the company. But my offer has all the duties, title, annual pay and benefits mention + 1 month pay stub and ROE.

So does it matter that it will make me not eligible or the VO will reject my application on the basis of that 1 month.

Even if i have more than 1 yr valid experience ( like with reference letters)


Job A - 5 May 2015 to 11 Sep 2015 (Have reference letter n pay stubs)
Job B - 14 Sep 2015 to 30th Dec 2015 ( Have everything)
Job C - 4 Jan 2016 - 5 Feb 2016 (Have everything except Reference letter)
Job D - 8 Feb 2016 - continuing.

I have to file in Jun 2016.
Please help

The reason I ask is that a lot of people were asked to submit new photos (to new specs?) after landing and prior to having their PR cards issued.

Landed at pearson airport nov.06,2015.

I just patiently wait even though it makes me crazy hahahah
No photo resubmission just as it is on COPR

Although I didn't receive the letter for photographs yet, I sent out the photos and IMM5455E form today. Now, the wait starts all over again!

Dude, how did you know you had to send the photos?

When I called the CIC, I was told they can't check the status for new cards.

I have got a call from my relatives in Canada saying they have finally received the long-awaited PR cards for my wife and myself Smiley

Landed Oct 9th at YVR, cards received Feb 4th
No new photo request ... No e-mail/ECAS update .. address is still NOT changed to Canadian address

Congratulations on receiving your card. What do you mean by address not changed to Canadian address? How did you change your address? and if it was not changed, how did you receive your card?

Canada is a pathetic place to live in. They trap people just for the sake of forex and exploit them. The PR cards are being delayed by CIC deliberately so that they could waste people hard earned money they brought from home.

The medical system is pathetic, i believe the Kenya's medical system would be much much better than this sucking country. If you go to emergency you have to wait for whole day for your turn no matter you are dying there are not.

The irony of the medical system further increases in case your wife is pregnant and no gynecologist attend you and take you for his/her patient and again its sucking country. Its not a dream land but a night mare. Please think 10000000000000 times to leave your home land and waste your hard earned resources. We are planning to move back very soon.

from your profile, it looks like you landed on dec 24th. It is less than one month. Don't jump to conclusion so quickly. Spend some time, meet friends or make some, who have lived in canada for long.
