1:I landed on the 18th of July, but I have bought ticket to go back to my country at end of Oct. If I do not receive PR CARD before I leave.
what can i apply to use for return?

2:I am also moving to new place and have updated the address online. I have bought the Forwarding service from Canada Post, If the card send to my old place, can it be forwarded? i heard the it shows "DO NOT FORWARD" on the envelop.

you can put your friend address and leave once he receive pr he will send it to you by FedEx . in worst case you can apply to travel document for 50 dollars and you will get it easily since you are still fresh permanent resident good luck

No, You cannot. Processing time can take upto 3-4 weeks, but depends on high commission too.
