Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Hi All... I called up CIC today to check how much time will it take to get my PR card.
Just FYI.. I landed on 29th October and PR card processing started on 12th November. CIC agent told me that my PR card is under production centre. Can anyone of you please answer how much time does it take in production centre to produce PR cards and mail to us?

I think most of people whose files are under review takes an Avg 120 days ....What they check not sure about it

Thanks for this guidance. The question is when does the 120-day period start?

I am asking as in my case:

- Landing on the 5th of July 2014
- PR card main applicant received on the 20th of August 2014
- PR card for kids received mid September after 2 calls to CIC to be told address was marked as inactive for them and cards were "re"-issued and delivered in 5 days after my call
-PR card for my wife still under review - July 5th to Nov 27th = 145 days

Now based on what you mentioned on a previous post, my wife COPR came under her maiden name and we asked for the correction to be done at the time of landing. I am sure that triggered the issue but the application was done in her married name and not maiden name so go figure where that mistake came from...

145 days here for my wife.

I checked on ECAS and cannot find my wife under either names, maiden nor married.
I cannot find my daughter's entry either.
I can see mine and my son's. Mine shows the wrong postcode although I had that corrected when I received my card.

Is ECAS showing data related to the time of the application only? (trying to understand why it does not show my corrected address)
Is ECAS supposed to show something for my daughter? (I have her card with me ;-) although ECAS does not find anything)

As it does not show anything for my daughter, it does not look very reliable.

Any thoughts?

No idea.

CIC cannot tell me anything when I call them except that it is under review.
I emailed them a long time ago (many weeks) and heard nothing back.
No mail from CIC around this topic, like asking for documents or more questions.

What can I do ??

Even the lawyer who followed the whole application could not do a thing about this except wait.

Before Dec 10 I believe, my friend called CIC as well and got the same answer as yours. His agent said he will get his card by Dec 06. He landed oct 24 I remember so and IP since Nov 07 or 09.

I tried with the UCI/Document number but does not show any thing for my wife.

We have landed on the November 25, 2014. I can see my ECAS changed to Complete and there is an information about landing.

I don't think you can check your dependents electronically. It said in the website that only the principal applicant can check the status. What I did was just give CIC a call.

Yes you can with the COPR number starting with T****.

I checked for my dependents too for PR card status

Hi, I have sent another photo to cic for my PR card and it's been like 3 weeks now since they received it. How long do u think it will take for my PR card to be sent to me. Cheers.
