My status says they started processing PR card application on "Sept 2". When do u think i will receive cards?

Particularly before me, you will receive it.
I am hoping to get it around Sep 20 and it should be the same for you too.
Let's keep fingers crossed and hope to get it this month!

Cic do not send PR cards to addresses abroad. So your PR card will be sent to your home address in Canada, not your mailing address in USA.

Guys, somewhere I have read that they send PR cards within Canada and USA. I am not sure though but it's worth to check.

after "Complete" you can expect the card in about 7-10 days later.
