I landed 10th May 2014, still did not receive PR card.

my ecas says processing for PR started 21st July....not sure when will I receive it.....

Anyone still waiting who landed in April, may?

I am waiting too, i called couple of time, agent said etobicoke office will contact me.
Its been 3 weeks no one contacted me from cic.

I got my passport should I need to go to the landing immediately or I can wait for some time, as they have given the validity till 2015.

Please let me know what is the impact id I delay landing,

second point when I cross the border is it must that I should do the landing as a must criteria or can I enter wirth my Work permit and do the landing later.

Please let me know.

We landed 17 May, 2014, and not received anything.

Called CIC and was told that the PR cards were sent to me on 17 July, 2014. Still waiting...

They told me to call back till 28 August, 2014 if still not receive the PR cards, and they will resend the cards Again!

There is no harm in delaying landing. If you are from a country that requires a visa to enter Canada, then you cannot enter on work permit. As soon as you got your immigrant visa, tour work permit and trv expired.

How did CIC inform you ( by telephone or by letter ) and if there is any deadline for submitting the photographs.

Is it possible to appoint a representative and submit photographs through the appointed representative.

My wife is still in Canada, so she received the letter from CIC. The deadline for me to resubmit photos is end of January 2015.
Not sure about the second point. Need to figure out this.

Are sure that my WP is expired now, as I have the stamping for immigrant but not yet landed.

Meaning if I go for US for a visit than while returning I must do the landing.

That is correct.

You can keep on working. You have valid status in Canada. Once you leave your TRV cannot be used to reenter.

4 weeks are for postage duration or cards are still not printed? Did CIC gave ur cards to post for delivery?

4 weeks are inclusive of postage and printing.
