Yes. After your landing, you can always apply for TRV if you do not have your PR card while returning back to Canada.supercool said:thanks for your reply.
My wife will come back to Canada after six months and our CORP is valid more than that. So she can land when she comes back without any problem, right?
Just curious, if say i land on this week and still can i apply for TRV?
Both safety and delivery issues!supercool said:Thanks rawfile for your response.
One more question, why are you not recommending sending PR cards via courier? Are you concerned about safety of identity of cards or delivery issues?
I share your concern having landed on 20th March but no PR yet. CIC office wants us to follow up after 4 weeks as they are reviewing the file. It's quite frustating .Manjeezy said:I landed April 8th, and I dont have my PR card yet. Called CIC yesterday, the agent told me my pr card has not been printed yet. I called again today, and was told a request was sent to Calgary CIC office. She did mention that they need more information, may send me a form, my pictures might be wrong, and that I might need to go through further verification. I have no idea what she meant, when I asked for further clarification, she said just wait.
But I have been waiting for 3 months!!!! I have no idea whats going on and Im a little nervous.....hmmmm
Nice to hear any issue resolved in a couple of weeks from CICred_apple said:Hi folks!
After I filed the request to amend my COPR letter in urgent matter I received a positive response in 2 weeks.
They reviewed my papers and issued me VERIFICATION OF STATUS letter containing all missing info from my original COPR.
Today I renewed my Health Card.
I am the happiest person ever!
Still waiting for the plastic PR card tho
