Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Hey,
I am in the same situation. It is a bit frustrating, but I don't think anything can be done. We just have to wait at this point.
I landed on Nov 29th, 2013 and still am waiting.
Called the call center couple of times, and same answer. Some kind of verification in relation to the PR card, they don't know what it is actually and how long it will take...
so anyway... in the meantime had to travel out of the country, and in order to come back had to go to a canadian consulate to get a travel document. Cost me time and $50, but wasn't hard to get. It's a bit of inconvenience, and a little bit ridiculous that it takes so long to print a card hopefully you'll get yours soon, and I am hoping mine is getting ready as well. For me now the wait time is 110 days

Didn't order GCMS. My ecas only shows my PR application, no card

for your PR card application section, did it say when CIC start processing your request for PR card application?

I landed on Jan 25, 2014 and it is currently in progress. I wonder when I will receive my card after they start processing.

I just received my PR card yesterday. Ecas still shows in progress though. I guess CIC doesn't update their website that often.

Just checked my ecas - I now have the second box relating to PR card which says complete and then when it's clicked on say they started processing on march 17.
This was added very recently as this box wasn't visible on Friday.
I landed on jan 29

Mine also shows the second box realting to PR Card application and says complete. When clicked on complete, it shows processing started on 17th march.
Called CIC to ask when the card has been dispatched, the call centre agent said, it was dispatched today from Nova Scotia...i will be recieving it next week!

Received my PR Card!!!! Checked my mailbox and it was there...
So the final wait is over now...

We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 17, 2014.
We started processing your application on March 17, 2014.
Any Idea when I might get the Pr cards??Shall I call CIC to check? Note that I am outside canada now....

Your PR card will be sent to a Canadian address so I'm assuming you have someone to forward it onto you? Mine has the same status and someone else did and they received their card yesterday so i'm presuming it will arrive in the next few days.

What's going on here. you applied March 17th and you landed Jan 31st? and now you want a PR cards?

Thank you I have a Canadian address I checked today with my relative he still didnt get anything so i guess I will wait and hope...

Thank you I have a Canadian address I checked today with my relative he still didnt get anything so i guess I will wait and hope...

no problem - I'm heading home shortly to check the post too. A group of us have exactly the same status (march 17) although landings were on slightly different days (although close apart) and one card was delivered yesterday to someone so it really should be any day now.
