Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

I just spoke CIC agent and just received email requested 2 passport photos as expected for my wife PR card. But I didnot received any forms? need to send any form together with photos or no need?

When you send two photos,

(i) what do you write behind of two photos and
(ii) can I write photo shop name and address from outside of Canada?
(iii) and which address do you send?
(iv) need any form or cover letter need to submit?

The CIC Call center agent confirmed that the photos are accepted and that card is in production. Don't worry about the paper mail for photos request. If you have already sent the pics via FedEx and it's delivered, the job is done.

2 photos , supplementary 5455 form

Passport Copy and copy of passport page where is immigration visa and stamp of enter ,
On one photo put your date of birth,name and name & address of photo studio and date of photo taken .

You see? This is how CIC works - they postponed or maybe they lost our applications, and requested us to send a set of new photos with admitting they're at fault.

Yesterday I filed a complaint through this address:

I know that they're not gonna reply, but if you're pissed off, why not writing a complaint?

Quick question on the Travel Document, I am planning to travel to Canada in July 2016, Can I apply now? If I applied can I mention the travel dates in July 2016? How long the Travel Document is Valid for?

I would wait. You have 4 months before you travel. I wouldn't spend money on a PRTD if I didn't have to.

So its been 41 days for us, and i called to check the status and see if our Card was sent into production or printing / mail.

They as usual refused to give any answers. They said that wait time is 39 but they have a 3 week delay, so do not call back before 39 days + 3 weeks time.

I think with Photos, IMM 5455 and your COPR will be enough since COPR have all the details.

and i Quote " ur ecas in only updated with the PR information once the PR is ready to be mailed"

I only mailed all of that so they do not have any excuse to ask for more info/papers

Hi thanks for your information.

(I) when you took photos out of Canada, you just write that photoshop address name outside of Canada?

(II) In my email which I received yesterday there are only 2 address (not your address) to send photos as below.

When you received email from CIC, they send you 3 address or 2 address? Which address should I send? should I send first address or second one as per below as in my email CIC didn't mention about courier address (which is 49 Dorchester Street), I will used registered mail to send. Pls advice.

I landed on 18th of october then i got resubmission photo request on 2nd feb.
photo sent on 3rd feb...and today i got another request that your photos were rejected
and now they r asking for another photos.....
i dont no what to do now...stuck
