I got reply from the GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION which whose received by my Lawyer MR. CAMPBELL COHEN. They requested the updated copy of Proof of Fund. But i submitted with my RPRF and with my MEDICAL receipt, So why they want the new one.

Any one Please comment.

perhaps they didnt see it or perhaps it got lost somehow. why dont you send them a new one. what does your consultant recommend?

No updates as of today. My E-Cas got updated to "Medical Results Have been Received" on 30-Nov-2010. The last time i sent them an inquiry, i received the following reply both on December 9th and January 4, 2011:

"Your file is in line for a review by an immigration officer. We cannot estimate when a decision will be made, but we assure you that you will hear from us once the officer reviews your file."

I don't know how long it's gonna take as its been 18 months since i filed my application.

I started this process since July 2009 i just received PPR from Buffalo VO I am very happy
I think it is my birthday present since it is my birthday this week
I will go to Buffalo in person to get it and try to do my landing too
I will post other experiences as i encounter them

I got the medical request on the 9th of November 2010
I did my medical on the 13th of November 2010
I sent them a message on the 15th of December to check if they had gotten the medicals and they replied me on the 17th

"We have received the results of your medical exam.
Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

the passport request was sent on the 11th of January 2010

My medicals were received in October, I am still waiting for PPR.
