Got My ECAS Updated two days after i received the Passport Request

It says
We received your application for permanent residence on September 27, 2012.

We started processing your application on September 16, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

I dont know why they say we started processing the Application on September 16 2013... I got my medical and RPRF request before that. :|

Hello All,
I was wondering, once CIC request your passport after medicals, how much time they give you to submit it?
I am planing to send my passport to Indian embassy, and i'm sure that it will be held up their for a while.

I'm not sure what to do?? Sometimes (all the time) Indian embasy people take long time to return original passport. Last time when i applied for PCC through VSF they took 3 and a half month to retun my pp.

92 Days and still counting! I hope I get PPR today! This wait is crazy! So many plans on hold! ???
