Next step is PPR, but "when" is not guessable.
For me I got my PPR next day after they received my Medicals, but for some people it took a month as well..

Guys, please let us know as soon as you learn that your medicals are received at CIC. Recently, its taking 3-5 days for CIC to update your ECAS.
