Folks, a logical reasoning test...

Background of my case: ECAS showing decision made since Jun 07. But no PPR yet.

My query to CIC: Dear Officer, ECAS status on my file showing as "Decision Made" since Jun 07,2013. However, I haven't received any communication so far about the decision. I'm wondering if I missed any communication sent by CIC, about the decision that has been made. Please advise if you have sent any communication to me on my file"

CIC replied last night around 11:41PM as follows
Dear Sir/Madam,
Your application is currently in queue to be finalized. Please note that we are unable to estimate the remaining processing time required for your application.
If you have included a prepaid xpresspost return envelope, your passport will be returned using this envelope. If not, your Passport will be returned to you by regular mail.

Looks like CIC suddenly has stopped sending PPRs! Weird!

My guess is that they have a quota for every month, and when thats met, they just wait for the next month! Hoping for PPR next week!

Mine is the same as Canadavisa07, MER on June 3, still no PPR. I'm getting worried. Am I not passing their admissibility checks?

Medical submitted by doctor on June 10th
Cic replied to confirm med rcvd on June 25th
Med status updated on Ecas on July 01
