Wow what's your magic? You must the only in 2013 that got MR. And even better in July?neetu1 said:How can I check my date of medicals recived?
ON my ecas it shows application recieved 26th april
then medical recieved with no date :
I was thinking it is taking more than usual time in my case ;DPriority said:Wow what's your magic? You must the only in 2013 that got MR. And even better in July?
Fair enough, I guess it is just a waiting game after all. I am just getting a little worried because people from October and November are starting to land and there are some of us from more than a year ago still waiting. Just wondering what the commonality is..cec007 said:That can happen, but with a very low likelihood! So, my whole point is that they have some basis (even though its a partial yes)before sending an MR..
I felt the same for such a long time! My application was received in February 2012!!!! I just landed last week. There were no real complicated issues with my application that may have caused such a delay. I tend to agree with you that the applications are almost completely random. It is a real piss-off when you witness an applicant receiving his PPR/COPR when they applied in November/December 2012.y3knik said:Fair enough, I guess it is just a waiting game after all. This timeline could also be a two-edged sword! Since CIC occasionally requests medical examinations super early in the application process, numerous applicants may have to undergo a second medical exam due to the 1-year expiry limit. I much preferred the method CIC used with my application - requesting the medical 3 to 4 months prior to my landing. I have seen lots of applicants doing their medicals, CIC receiving them, and then having to wait for up to 10 to 12 months for their passport requests.Priority said:Wow what's your magic? I am new to this thread, I received the MR on august 22nd and I was so lucky cause I received the email while I was in vacation in Montreal, so I did the Medicals the day after, which is august 23rd 2013. My questions are:
1- They took a picture of me right before the visit, so I didn't have to provide photos. Does this mean the clinic provide the e-medical service?
2- The doctor told me it's gonna take less than 2 weeks for them to send the results to Toronto, and advised me to send the receipt to the Visa office to let them know that my medicals are done. Does anybody know where should I send this?
ANy idea about the timelines
My e case is still showing "Réception de la demande à CIC", Is it normal?
Please if anybody's timeline are close to mine, let's network.
Thanks in advance
And good luck to everybody
and a lot patience
Ok thankskrmmtl said:Timelines are not same at all.
My friend applied from Quebec, he waited over a year after medicals, I applied under CEC and waited 8 days after medical.
And please do not post the same question under several topics.
