Yes it was a delivery that required signature. To track it I used the tracking number in both Canada post and USPS, and if you set up a notification request. USPS should notify at every step of the process. They kept sending emails, including the time it was in the track out for delivery

I was actually in Canada few month ago, so I took that opportunity to buy an Xpresspost USA, it cost 24.99 Canadian dollars. and kept it to use it for PPr. so to answer your question yes you will need an XpressPost USA
