Did u send by xpresspost? it should be 14 days since the mail was delivered.

CIC received on Apr 18

My CIC account was updated yesterday and my tracking is still not active

When did you send your passport to CIC? I sent my passport on 7th April and was received by CIC on April 11th, return tracker still not activated and ECAS shows "Decision Made".

It was sent on Apr 5th and delivered at CIC Ottawa on Apr 8th.
