Mine was also activated same day but Canada Post tracker does not have a delivery date and only has "processed". I'm a bit worried about that. Even though I think its due to the public holiday. Does yours have an estimated delivery day? Or did it arrive today(Monday)?

still says in transit (because of the holidays) But it's already in Mississauga, and I am in Toronto, so should arrive somewhere today

For me tracker was activated on March 23rd and should have been delivered on March 24th but still it's just 'item processed' . Till now, there is no expected delivery date on the tracker. I have called Canada Post so many times already but they are not telling me anything more than what's on the tracker.

If you are not too far away from Ottawa, you should probably get it today as well. worst case somewhere by EOW

I live in GTA area, it arrived at mississauga on 24th March 2:00 am and there have been no updates since then. Should have been delivered on 24th itself or atleast they should show the expected delivery date, but nothing yet.

Hey Guys,

I don't want to scare anyone but just an advice:

My passports were lost by Canada Post not once but twice.

On first occasion, I didn't request signature upon receipt and the mailman dropped my mail to someone else's mailbox. The Canada Post helpline is not helpful at all. I had to track the mailman and work with him in order to get my passports back.

On second time, I requested signature upon receipt and still Canada Post managed to goof up my delivery. My mail was out for delivery for two days and the third day it said delivered and there was nothing in my mailbox, having been through similar situation before I tracked the mailman and he had no idea where my mail was this time. Turns out my mail was delivered to someone in completely different city. Thankfully, that person contacted me about the wrong delivery and then I got my passports back.

There is an option to request pick up. Always, try to pick-up your documents of high importance like passports.

got my ppt back, going to the border tomorrow, the corp dates are not correct, both for first entry and last entry, but oh well who cares, just need to get the PR now

Hey forum,

The tracker for my PP and COPR was just activated, it took exactly 14 days since my PP was delivered to CIC.

2016/03/30 18:08 OTTAWA, ON Item processed

xpresspost is guaranteed to be delivered within a work day, so I will get it by tmr!

That's not possible! I have never seen anyone has this issue, most people gets their PP back within the 14 days limit.
Send CIC an email regarding this issue, they prob will reply within a day or two. Good luck

Allow 14 business days. Easter Friday was not working day.

IMHO, I think CIC only send back PP and COPR after 14 days sharp. Mine were sent back on Mar 30th, but visa had already issued on the 18th, one day after CIC took hold of my PP.

Therefore Good Friday and Easter Monday did not affect visa processing time at all.
