CIC never lift the call
So i did the second option , sent a letter explaining the situation with a return express post inside it. Hope they will send back passport earliest.

They never attended the call " we are sorry all agents are busy!! for ever'
I'm sending out an expresspost with a request letter, hope they will find my mail and get back to me.

Try this option when you call them again.

Did anybody got the return Tracker Activated?

Today, I called CIC and asked if My passports were dispatched,
First time call, Agent told me that Passports were mailed today. The call got disconnected somehow.
I managed to again call them in about 40 mins.
This time agent told that there is no such information.

The passports have received CIC but not yet mailed for return...
Strange !!!!!!

Mine did not yet. I think our passports arrived the same day.

My return tracking got activated.....
PPR - 31st March
Passport received - 2 Apr
Expecting PP on Friday, 17 Apr

I expect to get it by either tomorrow or Friday.

Just checked, return tracker activated! Same timeline as above. Passport arrived at CIC on Apr 2nd.

Can you share the number that u used to check the status of he passport?

I called same number as for CIC queries.
18882422100
select options 1 - for Checking status
3 for PR applications and then again 1 to speak to customer care.

Ask them about status of your Passports..... They just have information if it was sent out or not. If sent out, which date .. (they dont know the time though)

Usually, time line for Passports return is 15 calender days.

Looks like I am one of those lucky applicants.

CIC received passport on April 8 2015 morning and today afternoon April 16, 2015, I got call from my lawyer saying they have my passport with PR visa stamped and ready for collection.

congratulation!! Do u think that yours is faster because you did it with a lawyer or could it be that in my case without a lawyer would go the same speed?
