Hi Friends,
I have received my CoPR today.
I noticed that on my wife COPR, the Orig Entry Date was not correct.
Could you please suggest what is the process to correct it and could you please let me know if we can change this after landing as well.
(I dont want to get delayed with my landing).

Thank you.

Hi People, i am a close reader of this forum for long time, but today i need help from the senior member,

I got PPR on Nov 13th and CIC received my Passport on Nov 18th. Now i have an emergency travel plan next week thursday (Dec 11th), i am not sure whether i will get my passport back before that? do i contact CIC by email to fasten up or is there any other option for me?

Pls reply this.

Thanks

Hi prav_02,
I suggest to send reply email to the email that you got for PPR and hopefully you might the see reply in 3-5 days.
Based on the current time lines you might get your passports, but we never know and always better to be on the safer side.
I suggest try all your best to rearrange your travel atleast by 1week.

For my case, where my work permits are expiring on 30-Nov while waiting for my passports, they have clearly mentioned that they can't do anything about speeding up the process. Its my responsibility to take care of that and finally i ended up applying for BoWP.

If you send your passport to Ottawa office, the average wait time seems to be 3 weeks or less. Hopefully you will get it in time. In any can you can send an email to CIC with tickets etc attached and explaining the reason, and see what you get back. Best of luck

Thanks for the immediate reply, I will do as per you instruction, I have just emailed CIC, Fingers Crossed

Please add me to the list.

PPR: Nov 1st, 2014.
Passport sent: Nov 24th, 2014.
Passport received by CIC: Nov 26th, 2014.

Not yet. Thank you for asking. I know four other applicants from another forum have their passports reached CIC on the same day (Nov. 10). None of them has been activated yet.

Hope theres some good news tmrw!

PPR request got on Nov 13
PP sent to Ottawa on Nov 16
PP received by CIC on Nov 18

Still Return tracker not activated. Any one can suggest how long it will take to get it stamped

Hi everyone who's received their passport,

Just wondering, how long is the PR visa valid for? Meaning how long do I have to land as a PR from the time I receive my passport? I am in Canada, but I need to travel in January, so I don't know if I should just wait to land when I come back from my travels since it seems that PR cards are taking way too long.

Sorry if this if off topic. If there is another forum I should post on, please let me know.

Thanks
