Can you please tell me the exact time on May 20 when you passport was received by Ottawa and was it signed by anyone?
My passport was received at 12:11 EST on May 20 and was signed by Mr Lemeux.

It was received around 11:20am EST and signed by Eric
I sent by Fedex by the way!
Dont worry! The tracker activate time varies a day or so is normal! and plus I believe a lot people sent the passports during that long weekend so it might slow down the process a little bit! Hope you get yours activate soon!

I got signed on May 20 at 12:11 pm by Mr. Lemeux too. Properly we are in the same batch when Canada Post delivered our PP. Pls let me know when your track get activated.

No it did not. My wifes name dosent appear in any of their emails to me since i added her.
But on the same day i got PPR i also got an email asking for an updated passport copy of my spouse. Looks like the VO was then later able to find it and sent me another email saying it was sent by mistake.

So 3 emails i recieved on May 27th:
9:05 AM - Please send a valid copy of passport for your spouse
9:11 AM- Disregard email sent earlier, it was sent by mistake
8:45 PM - Ready for visa
