2 copies. There was another page as well with instructions I think. Don't have it in front of me. What about you?

Same here:
1) 2 copies - one client copy & 2nd was for CIC with photo pasted on it.
2) 2 page instruction on CPR.

Hey everyone, I would like to add my case here. PPR on Feb 5th and I mailed the passports on Friday Feb 14th. As per the tracker, CPC-Ottawa received our passports today

hi everyone ;D i would like to add my case here, PPR Jan 8th and mailed my passport Jan 10th. Canada post delivered it on Jan 13th. No reply yet since then. My work permit will be expiring next month march 18, just wondering if i should apply for BOWP?

Yes You should have applied for BOWP earlier itself instead of waiting till last day. Also, check the tracking number for your return envelope. Hope you had send the Xpresspost Prepaid envelope. Email CIC as to why it is taking so long for them to return your passport. I got mine within a week & so do many others here as well.

Shouldn't take that long. Get in touch with CIC and also apply for BOWP.

Anywhere between 1 week to 12 months.

Passport delivered to CPC-Ottawa today at 11:50 and signed by "MS COUND".

If it comes back next week I can land next weekend!
