When did you receive your passport back. From the spreadsheet, I saw your tracker activated on jan 15. Is that right? Mine is activated yesterday. Waiting for receiving it in the mailbox

We received it today because it went to our lawyer's office in Montreal first. Technically passports were received 2 days after tracking number activation...

Hi all,

I sent my passports on Jan 17, received by CIC on Jan 20....waiting for their return....

Just a little concern....my passport is expiring in less than 6 months, will this have any impact? Is there anyone who had the similar case?

My tracker activated time is showing up on CanadaPost website after my passport got delivered....weird.....

anyway, I add back the time of activation to the spreadsheet. ;D

Hello everyone,

I just received my passport back with COPR which made me extremely happy. Something strange happened though, even though I sent a prepaid UPS envelope with my passport and bio-data form they returned my passport in regular mail. I was away on a business trip for a week and was impatiently checking UPS return tracker to activate but it came out as a surprise for me. So heads up anyone who's sending their passport through courier please make sure with the company (Fedex or UPS) about the process of prepaid envelope. I will try to land sometime this week either from Rainbow bridge or Peace bridge and will definitely share my experience. Thanks a lot again everyone for being such a great help.

If you read the ppr email carefully, it says passport will be returned in regular mail if you provide any envelope other than canada post xpresspost...

Hi I'm about the send my passport, I heard someone said you need to attach 2 photos along with the passport, but I don't see it in the passport request email?
About the return tracker, how does that work? Are you guys talking about the tracker from Canada post or is it a tracker from cic?

I sent my passport on Monday through Fedex at the below mentioned address which was mentioned in my "Ready for Visa Letter" Email sent to me by CPP-O:

CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

And the package was received & signed by D.DIANE on Tuesday at 11:20am.

One of my friend sent her passport for stamping & it took her a week to receive her stamped passport back with her CoPR documents.
I am crossing my fingers as I hope to get my passport within 10 business days as well.
