Yes it's my fault I didn't send a prepaid Xpresspost. I also sent it through regular mail but it went through and was decided and mailed back to me November 26 according to CPP-Ottawa. The problem now is with Canada post. It is my fault for not reading the tips in sending visa applications. But all required documents are there. It is also my mistake to trust Canada post to deliver it. I mean, this is the only time I am expecting a mail that has gone past a week late. Never again would I trust them and their 96% delivery standards. I just hope they didn't lose my passport.rus66958 said:

However, I dont think they will loose your package. dont wanna discourage you but inter- province will take relatively longer time. also depends where you stay. Victoria will be faster as I think mails first reach the capital city and then your city the next day.
