From my experience, ecas is changed to decision made either just before the PPR is sent or soon after the PPR is sent. BTW, when did your PP reach CIC?

I agree with yahoo7, it can change before you receive PPR or about to receive PPR...

Please make sure that when you are posting this table, it does appear in purple box. If it does, then it means other members wont be able to Quote your table.
