Return tracker activated= your return pre-paid envelope sent w ur pp was put into canada post tracking system. Usually u take pic of the tracking number of the return envelop to track when cic sends pp back to you.

Guys, I have received my PPR today (14th of Jan 16), there is a slight problem I am leaving for a two weeks holiday on the ( 24th of Jan 16 ) ( I've already bought a non refundable ticket , should I send my passport , or should I wait till I come back to Canada (7th of February ) - remember that I've 30days.

so I guess my question is : do you think I can get my passport back in 9 days ( from 15th to 23rd jan ) ?

I got my COPR and passport returned today. I have a couple of questions:

1) Can I do the landing process and come back to USA without having USA visa? I am on H1B here and totally legal and my H1B is valid till July 2016 but dont have visa stamped. I heard something called Automatic Visa Re-validation but not sure what it is exactly.

2) If i can come back to USA and then go back to Canada after a few months then can i still take all my goods with me? or will it be a different procedure?

Please advise.

Hi,
I am in a very unique situation. I got email from CIC Case Processing Centre in Ottawa to submit my and my wife's passport for stamping Canadin PR within 30 days. Now the issue is that I am currently living in U.S.A and going to India from January 25,2016 to March 5,2016 which is a trip I can't cancel. My Indian passport expires on 9/10/2016. Hence I will need to apply for new passport while I am in India and am planning to send my and wife's passport to CIC when we both return from India to U.S.A on March 6,2016 which is more than 30 days from now. Hence we will miss the DEADLINE to submit passport to CIC which is actually 30 days from today.

What are my options here? If I request CIC to extend my deadline from 30 days to 60 days so that I can submit my and my wife's passport after returning to U.S.A from india on March 6,2016 then will they agree to this? If I and my wife both personally visit CPC office in Ottawa on February 5,2016 then will they stamp my and my wife's passport with Canadian PR the same day? I have waited more than a year to get my Canadian PR and certainly don't want to loose it due to my genuine frustrating situation. Any reples will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Ther PPR email says:
If you are unable to submit any of the required documentation for you or your accompanying family members to the addresses below, please send an email to us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that alternate arrangements can be explored.

So better ask CIC, sending an email explaining the situation, unfortunately answer won't be received before you leave, so additionally you can call CIC.

I have submitted my Passport for stamping on Jan 19th 2016. They have received on Jan 20th 2016. I am still waiting for response.
