Relax, she does not need a visa. You needn't have sent her passport at all. CIC also wouldn't request her pictures, since you must have submitted them with your application.sk13 said:

I got passport request today after 1 year of AOR.
It seems the process has been changed now for PPR's, I have inquired my friends who got PR 1 year back and they told me that they had to send their passports along with photographs to Detroit office and then they have to go to border to get the stamping.
In my case, they have asked me to send to Ottawa directly and no mention of photographs ( I have included them at the time of application and not sure those will suffice).
Any suggestions or clarifications are greatly appreciated, Thanks a lot in advance.

i got passport request from CPC Ottawa on Jan 9th 2015 and sent them the passports which were received at CPCP Ottawa on jan 12th
I forgot to include the xpressspost USA shipping slip and hence got another email on Jan 21st 2015 from their mail room asking for it to be sent in email as PDF. I immediately sent it .
Its almost 20 days But till now no updates, the shipping label is not activated and no tracking updates too. I am really concerned now. I sent them many emails but no response at all.
Any ideas anyone on how can i get my passports back ? CPC Ottawa doesnt have a contact number to reach at..i m really worried..please help..Thanks
