I also received my passport back yesterday, and landed in the afternoon.

Please find my timeline below:

App received: November 21, 2013
MR: June 20
RPRF: June 23
Medicals completed: June 24
Medicals received: July 18
Decision Made: July 19
PPR: July 24
Passport received by CIC: Aug 7
Passport received back: Sept 5
Landed: Sept 5

I am so happy that this long process is over.

Congrats.. I too completed my landing last weekend. They gave me back the signed copy of COPR, is there any other document they will give us. I read somewhere about "Record of Landing (IMM 1000)" document, is it applicable to our category?

I send my passport (earlier they returned saying its damaged) yesterday ,will keep posted.

and now waiting to receive back the passports with the visas, God willing...

Dears,
I live outside North America & have sent my passport to CPC-Ottawa thru my friend in Canada who has enclosed a retrun envelope showing his mailing address in Canada for passport return after visa stamping. Is this normal?

Your suggestions & advises plz

When did u sent passports for stamping.
If envelope has your friends canada address. then its normal
as cic would send the passsports back to the address mentioned.

Hello, I have sent my passport today but still not arrive in Ottawa yet.
I was just confused on the correct size of the photo to be included, is it
the 35x45mm or the standard canadian passport size? The photo size I sent
was 35x45mm, is this just okay?

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 3, 2014.

2. Medical results have been received.

Havent heard from CIC yet. As I have already submitted my medicals, I shall receive RPRF req.... still waiting
