Mine is received on 23rd, but the tracker is still not activated.

you should expect it to be activated tmw or the day after tmw

Currently it is taking around 10-13 days to get return tracker activated after Ottawa receives your passport.

there is one guy , i think he is PNP inland :- Tracker just activated for me ( June 3rd ) . Received at Ottawa May 21st so today will activate for 22 May , so 14 days time frame

So it took them 7 days to print COPR and then another 7 days to transit to you.

According to Albert, My tracker's gonna active next Tuesday. PP received at Ottawa May 30th with Xpresspost. And i include return envelop Xpresspost as well.

I also got my passport back today with COPR issued on 28th May .Where are you planning to land.What are the documents you are going to carry with you.I am planning to land at Carway border.Any idea about their working hours.?

hi there I send my passport to Ottawa May 28 they received it May 30...

still waiting to activate the return mail up to know... ;D
