Waiting for passport back from CPP-Ottawa

Saw the tracking number got activated yesterday. Expecting delivery today
Took me 10 days for the visa to be processed.

How come this inconsistency in stamping COPR VISA return passports from CPP-O
Some people got passports back in 10,15 days and average is 20. I see still people more than 30 days.
How come CPP-O process passports quick fro few and some did not even touch even after 3 weeks.
Strange but as usual wait is the last work

It all differs in individual situations. I sent in my passport after Decision Made. Had email exchanges with CPP to let them know that I need passport to travel in tight timeline and got confirmation from them. Used Xpresspost from Quebec so Ottawa is only 2 hr by ground.

Well at least you know what's going on. Did you tell them your travelling plan?
You still have couple days and it only takes one day for the passport to get delivered. So don't worry. You will get it in time

please do you know i can contact cpp Ottawa they said they returned my passport on the 11th of December but i still havent gotten it yet and the tracking details is not available
