The amount of funds required changed by a small amount and it ended up 100$ more than what I had entered, now my application is not eligible and I can't update it, I have to create a new Application, and the nomination is on the old application!

Ahmed, create a new profile with the correct data, then email or phone MCIIT explaining the situation and ask for them to transfer your nomination to your new profile. And PLEASE, let us know how you got one! Cheers and good luck!
