Dear Friends WAITING FOR MEDICAL, below is the mail I have recently received from the NDVO:


Dear Sir:

Under Canada ’s immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

Hi It is true that they hire agencies to verify our documents and they send our documents to agency for its genuiness after having review of the package. If any doubt they will ask for further evidences to prove your claims and if you fails then your visa may refuse. Hope this will ne be in your case. Some times agencies can misunderstand and we have to suffer.
Once Agency confirm that your documents are okay they will issue Medical and request our Passport. Further this step only criminality and medical conditions can be cause of rejection otherwise we will get Passport with visa at our home. They may request further medical test if required and this will delay our case by 2-3 months.

Meanwhile, you have to take care at your employment places to respond any inquiry if conducted by agency in proper manner to avoid any delay.
