well dear i think so,
i have signed a lot of forms at my consultant office. It was really frustrating for me coz they wasted my one week and still don't know when they will send everything.
today i gave everything required by NDVO and signed the forms.
but due to some tension we signed the papers and left the consultant office.
But wait I will download the forms and recognize then tell you surely.
please understand my position.
I was in a mood to fight with consultant, but GOD helped me to control my temper and everything is finished.
now last wait begins.
I pray to GOD to give DM to all applicants of course including us.
ha ha ha

I dont remember DD encashment but we all are waiting for MR. Recently they have sent requests to many forum friends but we are not so luckey... Now we have to wait till next quarter or strike is over....
Time lines are same as you APP FIled-25-6-2010, Document Requested on 4-10-2010, Document Received Acknowledge 3-2-2011 and In process -17-5-2012.

I send my and my wife all the document along with my passport. just my wife medical and passport is pending. because they send medical on my previous wife name thought i updated file twp years ago.

I requested medial panel doctor at apollo but they wants new medical form on my current wife name . send them mail but did not get reply. i also send cover letter with my all the document.

Hope they send new medical form so i can go ahead with my wife medical and send her passport and medical.
