Backlog is priority and will be cleared before new applications

Backlog applications is expected by this year end or by next mid year

It doesn't mean that they will not accept new applications

It would take time for the new applications to be processed, till then they would be working on the old application & clearing them as they are very keen on implementing the new process, this is just the testing phase and the actual assessment, process and limitation of visa quota will be declared by next year mid.

its true, Backlog will clear the pending case before new FSW application. hopley this month or next month we will get COPR.

Bad news for prospective May applicants.Cap for 5000 and highly technical professionals demanded.IELTS 6 per skill too.good news for us on the wait list cause we will be processed faster.Keep updating guys.

Medical Monsoon Started at New Delhi Visa Office

Dear Seniors,

Thanks for writing and helping us on Canada immigration. Though I had been a silent observer of this forum, I have joined only today. My concern has been that I am a May 2010 applicant and am still waiting for MR. I have a concern that I have obtained GCMS twice, latest on 5th Sep 2013 and both looks identical with no MR probable date. It says, Medical: Not Started. App B"Fd date is 12th may 2012, which has already passed. I am therfore worried why this is happening? Appreciate your input on this and guidance further.

One issue mentioned in Notes section is that Passport of Two minors have expired. Should I send the notorised copies immediately?

Timelines are:-
NOC 4121 (Univ Prof)
Initial app: 24 May 2010 (Received bu Cio on 31 May 2010)
1st AOR: 1st oct 2010
Full Docs to NDVO: 12 Jan 2011
2nd AOR: 18th Jan 2011
App in process: April 20, 2012
Nothing since then. They do not give replies to CSQ.
