Hi Guys,


Finally exactly after 3 years and 1 months of initial submission , I got my medical yesterday

I would highly appreciate if anybody who has already went through the process of submission of medicals and documents shares there experience.

I lives in UK and am confuse as well whether to get my medicals done here or in India also PCC from indian embassy london takes 4 week and from india it takes one day also please how long does NDVO takes to return the passports?

Please advice and best of luck to the people who are waiting for medical.

Hi Sandy,

1. Medical - As far as I know you can get the medicla examination done from anywhere in the world, so long as its done with a DMP (Designated Medical Practitioner).
2. PCC - I would advise you to get your India PCC from UK itself as it would more hassle free when compared to obtianing it from India.

I have also received medical recently and gone through the med-ex ye'day only.

You can get the medicals done from any designated Medical Practitioner http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx and you have many in U.K. As far as my information goes you need an updated PCC from the current location of residence, In case you have been at U.K. since submission of the last PCC than you need to provide PCC from U.K. and not India. Also if your visa office is Delhi than you need to submit the Passport at Delhi.
