Is there anyone who had applied for CAIPS/GCMS lately & received it. Please share if there is something vital which may help people like us awaiting MR that why we are again inside Deep Freezer.

Abid saab, I have replied as per my understanding from this forum, Micro locator is not a good location for any file.

Such files are not likely to be re-looked in near future & have long BF'D (Bring Forward Date)

Total number of pending cases for MI-1 for NDVO as on 8th Jan 2013 is 4523

Around 50% May and June ka estimate lia hai...so between 2000 - 2500 cases.

Please note that these are cases. Number of persons would go up because there are an avg 2.8 persons per application.

Thoda.....its more than 3 years buddy. I recall a "sheyr" from famous Urdu Poet "Mirza Ghalib"

Hai bas ki har ek un ke ishare main nishan aur,

De aur dil unko, jo na de mujhko zaban aur

This goes from all of us (MI-1 who are waiting for MR desperately) to CHC & Mr.Kenny.

Every time when there is some movement (Ishara) for MI-1, that sign (nishan) proves out to be for someone or something else.
It gives a feeling of love of CHC for us (MI-1) but it turns out to be a false feeling.

Oh God they (CHC) haven't understood & may never understand what our heart is saying,
Please make them more open-hearted, since we are now speechless & exhausted with words of prayers & requests.

Dear Friends,
We all are waiting please keep patience. We need to learn how to wait till our turn come. We need this skill there as we are not used to communicate in their language. Sometimes it takes 2-3 months or even more when we will get job. The frustration of that time will be more painful currently hopefully we are productive and doing our jobs. I feel happly wait till Dec 2014 by when they want to clear all inventory. Meanwhile, you all may think alternate plan as nothing in our hands. They can refuse and return files like the did before Feb 2008 and we may not be able to do anything with them. As today power is lying with them not with us.[b] But 1 thing is sure the more we wait we will become liability for them as we are not an asset which appricate every time. as the time passes we can increase our skills and experience but losing our capacity to work for them.[/b]

The problem is that even after waiting for so long there is no gaurantee that the outcome would be positive and we would be issued the visa. It is possible that after waiting so long, the outcome might be negative and the case is rejected on any small ground the the visa officer
