Like a lot of other people my partner is waiting for her Ecopr. She completed the pr portal on 17th of October and her photo and address still says in review by IRCC. Everything else in the pr tracker shows completed and Decision made since late September. She was on a post graduate work permit that expired on 26th October and we thought she would go onto maintained/implied status but since she did not apply for a work permit this isn't the case. We are not sure if she is out of status right now and we aren't sure if we have to apply for a restoration of status which she has 90 days to do or if she should apply for an extension of her post graduate work permit so she could get back to work. The pgwp would probably take 2-3 months and we would hopefully have Pr by then so thinking maybe just do the restoration of status so at least she has status or is this even needed?
