Waiting for Caq

My agent applied caq without LOA and he said he applied for both letter but since 6 Feb I'm waiting for both letter and my classes gonna start on 20 march can someone give me any kind of suggestion

LOA comes after payment of your tuition fee. With LOA you need to apply for CAQ. CAQ approval takes approximately 40 days. If your agent applied for CAQ you should get by this time. There is something fishy with your agent, Cross-check once about the details.
