Waiting for AOR

I submitted my PR application on 19th Apr 2013. But haven't received the AOR yet. Not sure if I need to wait further or to reapply again.

This would only make things more complicated. Just be patient.

***as long as you sure that your app package has successfully reached the correct office via a traceable mailing service, you should be fine good luck***

Thanks for the response. I have sent my application to Sydney, Nova Scotia on 16th Apr 2013 and could see it got delivered on 19th Apr 2013. Since it has been close to 4 months now, I am wondering what to do.

Is there any cases where it took so long to receive the AOR? I do know that some immigration staffs were on strike in the last couple of months...

Did you pay online? if not was your credit card ever charged?

I applied on the same date too and I got AOR on june 2 and then they rejected it on june 26 And I reapplied on July 03.

4 month is lot of time.. Did u checked through online tracking if its
Reached ..

Don't apply again before that application gets rejected or you hear from CIC. ANother
application would make that whole process more complicated.
Did you check online tracking? Did your application reach CIC?
Also, try calling the CIC hotline and see if maybe they can hepl.

I would suggest you to write an email to the sydney office .

Include your UCI , DOB and the class you applied under

And ask them .Whats going on with your application.

Besides, and I'm not 100% sure on this, but the strike shouldn't really affect the CIO.

They usually take 27-28 days to reply(20 business days).

So hang on iin there.You will know soon.
