Thanks for all your responses. I paid the fee through online. The courier package has been received at Sydney, Nova Scotia on 19th Apr 2013. Confirmed this from the Canada Post website. Also, I sent an email to ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca on 31st Jul and waiting for their response.

I submitted my PR application on 19th Apr 2013. But haven't received the AOR yet. Not sure if I need to wait further or to reapply again.

Gathered all the docs....I am currently filling up my application and would be filing it in a week or two.
