Wait for decision

PPM or all friends,
I attended my interview on 15/12/2008 and submitted police clearence on 18/01/2009. After two weeks receied medical exam form and I had finished medical exam on 30/01/2009.
I checked my status online which shows In Process. Could you please tell me normally when the decision could be made?
