please help me and my wife and my daughter please someone help!!!!!!!!!
So this is my story , my wife is my common law and she needs help with her P.R and I feel useless and helpless for I don't have much options , my wife has been in Canada for 9years now and she applied for her P.R several years back with her ex husband but the lawyer that the had hired made a huge mistake and don't bother telling her until documents were re sent back to my wife and she realized the lawyer had not written down the names of her children back home in the document which a mistake that could have been avoided if he had double checked the documents and during that period while waiting to re do the documents,my wife and her ex husband had reached high stress level which ended the relationship which meant her ex pulled the sponsorship. During this stressful time my wife was going through she and i had met under weird circumstances and feel in love both of us were going through tough break up . So sorry for that story but to get to the point of why I need help ........

My wife and are common laws she has a child from a previous relationship a beautiful 4 year old girl that I see as my own daughter, she is a Canadian citizen , so during the time of my wife's break upwith her ex husband he had pulled the sponsorship . So my wife had to re apply for her P.R using a humanitarian and compassionate order for it was denied and was told to volentary leave Canada , so now I would like some help, please or some opion we were told to try to reapply again for the H.C order And for me to sponser her was a opinion that we talked about but I was told that without good income I cannot sponser her please help me I love her so much she is such a great person a hard worker that has been contributeing to society and Canada she has never been in trouble with the law since she arrived in Canada not even a speeding ticket .She is a amazing mother and works very hard to support her daughter she wants a great life for her daughter and Canada is where she wants to raise her daughter and start a life with Me and also thinking of having a child together and this is only possible if she gets her P.R for there is conflict right now in Thailand which is deemed unsafe in parts of Thailand and no body deserve to be living in fear please help us some how some way any opion what be a great one thank you

A second H&C application is unlikely to be successful if the first one has already been refused.

You should apply to sponsor her inland as your spouse. I would submit the application immediately if you can (the sooner the better). You don't have to have a high income to be approved - however you cannot be on social assistance / welfare.

If she was given a departure order, this will automatically turn into a deportation order if she fails to leave. This is one of the reasons you want to get the sponsorship application submitted asap. If the application is submitted and accepted, this reduces the chances that she will actually be deported.

If you decide to use a lawyer again, note that it is your responsibility and your wife's responsibility to ensure that all of the information in the application is accurate. When you sign any immigration document, you are agreeing that the information is accurate and complete and need to review all of the paperwork before signing. CIC will hold you responsible (not your lawyer) if there are any errors.

Thank you very much I will submit a application immediately, how long do I think after they tell her to leave voluntarily does it turn in to deportation?

Departure order automatically turns into a deportation order in 30 days.
