I Applied for spouse Visa on 12th August and now status is showing Visa Dispatched. I applied for 1 year TRV. They did not ask for Medicals also. Does it mean rejection?

one year TRV normally does not require medicals. I hope you have good news, and let us know.

Finally got SPouse Visa for 13 months (As of my WP) without Medicals Smiley

Sent to VFS Delhi on 12th August and and got the Passport today.. Paper application

Do u have an idea about the open work permit processing time. It is same as the dependent spouse visa but the candidate has to take the IELTS. I am not sure which category it comes under.

Hi,

I am working in montreal on work permit. My spouse and kid are in India and have applied for TRV visitor and student visa respectively.

The same was filed at the new delhi embassy on 26 july 2013 via VFS Bangalore. The status is still showing as 'under processing'.

Any idea what is the current timelines for visa processing ?

Can we expedite the processing any way ? the schools have just started and we are worried if my kid would miss the school...
