Visitors visa using lawyer

Hi all I'm new to this site. I reciently processed my boyfriends visa from India and it was refused. I believe I didn't include enough since I have hired a lawyer, there is so many more items I required. That being said, what's the chances he will get a visa after refusal? Is it faster the second time? We are asking for 2.5 weeks, including all documents including medical results, police reports, employment letter etc. Thanks so much!

It's not possible to guess the chances or the processing time

Medicals and PCC are not required for TRVs unless requested by the visa office

A lawyer would only help fill in forms for a fee and nobody can really say if would improve chances of a visa as that decision remains with the visa officer. Also depends on how much experience the lawyer has with Canada immigration issues whether it could be wasted money.

we would like to submit again ,the rejection was 1.Travel history, purpose of visit,family tie in canada and country of residence. we had a invitation letter from my husband friend which he send us also on 2010 and my husband he received visit visa on that time. and my children have already 2 schengen visa as well. can you let me know shall we add purpose of visit,tourism or visit?

Your mortgage, financial situation, etc are secondary. Your boyfriend must prove that he has solid reasons to return to his home country + he has the funds to pay for the visit

2. Do you live with other family members? For example, your in-laws?

3. What ties can each of you demonstrate to your country of residence? For example: Employment/business/study (for your children) + property ownership/rent agreement + financial investments, etc

4. Have you, your husband and your children traveled to other countries?

He has about 6500 CND dollars in his bank, 3 bank accounts and 3 investments with a total of 2000 CND in it. We are asking for 2-3 weeks stay here. His vacation period from his job is 1 month. He has a letter from his employer stating he has to be back in July. Can you suggest what else we can include?

My husband and kids they want to stay in Canada for 1 month , tourism and visit friends and attend for campuses tour of some university for my son which I submitted already confirmation email.

Me and my husband leaving all together , but only my husband and kids want to travel as I can't go bcz of my work and seminar I've in UAE.

My husband as a self employee he submitt his company trade license with 3 months statement of account , I submitt my documents as I'm employee , my salary certificate and my bank statement for supporting documents + my kids school registration copy for next year

4. Have you, your husband and your children traveled to other countries?

Yes my son been last year for summer holiday in Switzerland and been in 2006 Paris
My husband have Canada visa for 2010 and U.K. Visa , Italy .. for 2005 and Paris 2017 my doughter as well

Yes thank you, I am looking for some advice on what to do. I guess we need to build a stronger case but I am not certain on how to do that.

1. Upfront medicals and PCC will not help to build a stronger case as it indicates he wants to visit/remain long-term.

2. Does your boyfriend live with his family when he is not working on the boat?

3. Does he have a rent agreement? Or maybe own a vehicle? Or has he taken a loan for something?

4. Although his employer would like him to return by July, the Ganges is almost always flooded during the monsoons especially in July-August. Hope your boyfriend has not presented his work responsibilities as only managing boat trips.

With no boat trips in July = No strong reason to return by a specific date

5. Can he include some emails/correspondence from his employer regarding managing some specific trips after he returns from his Canada visit?

6. Is all the money in his bank account earned by him? Nothing transferred by you?

7. Does he file Income Tax Returns?

8. Are these financial investments like FDs (bank term deposits) which are not locked-in?

9. Does he have credit cards? If yes, can he include 2-3 months' statements if the outstanding is low?

10. Hope your invitation letter did not mention about "missing each other", "you do not have time off work to visit him" or similar statements

Letters from him/you will not work. What will work is hard evidence.

Firstly, thanks for your help, it is very much appreciated. He is paid via bank noted Salary and gratuity paid via bank under someones name. They do not provide salary slips but it is noted on his bank statements. He does NOT file income tax returns and does not get pension or medical insurance. Any holidays has just been for holidays. His 3 investments are Mutual Funds over 4 thousand Canadian dollars which he can take out anytime but maybe a penalty . Since they deal with so much cash in india and bank transfers are easier a lot of slips are missing. His family is going to Mumbai in June for a wedding and he did pay for all of their travel and it shows it on his bank statements.
