My husband was adopted to Canada and I was wondering if his biological mother can apply for a visitors visa or do we need to refer to her as his aunty?
I'm aware you cant sponsor biological parents if you've been adopted but this is just a visitors visa!
We will be covering all expenses so I assume we will need to write a letter of invitation but if we need her to apply as an aunty will the letter of invitation suffice or does she still need to prove assets?
