Hi i have questions will you please guide me
I have multiple visitor visa for ten years and if I apply work permit from inside Canada so it will be continue my both status....... means my multiple entry visitor visa should be continue and also work permit continue too. as well as I renewe every year still I became permanent resident

How are you eligible for a work permit? You don’t “lose” your TRV.

My wife has approved prtd on h&c grounds and she got RC 1 visa
So my question is that when she will land in Canada. she has to apply pr card at that time or she has wait for few months.
Please let me know asap and please guide me

Does she meet RO to apply for PR card? If not, she applies once she meets RO.

Not sure how you got the TRV given your history but your wife should return to Canada and then sponsor you. That is the best option for your family. Getting a WP is far from guaranteed in your situation and will take close to the same amount of time.

Does she meet RO to apply for PR card? If not, she applies once she meets RO.

[ She had spent in Canada 341 days ] so you mean to say that she has to wait atlase 400 hundred days more. And then after 730 days complete than she can eligible to apply pr card ..am I right?..

She can apply for a new PR card immediately after returning to Canada.
