Dear sir,

I am an Indian woman working in shanghai , who is planning to go to Canada for two weeks holidays on visitor visa. I have travelled to Canada in 2005 ,2006, 2007 while studying in the USA on F 1 visa. I have travelled to many European countries and TUrkey as well in past 5 yrs. I moved out of USA in 2008. My brother wife had filed a dowry case in India and we all were arrested , two years ago the case was quashed by the High court of India and we were clearly evicted. While the case was going on I travelled to many European countries.

On my visitor for , should I say yes, to the question And furnish police certificate , will this take long or could I be denied. I have a job offer in Canada which I may take in september , will A refusal affect me or if I say no , will it show in my background check up while applying for work permit or PR later in life. Pls advise.

With best regards,

Julia

Julia. You can always attach court orders and they can't deny you on basis of that as were released as non guilty. You have travelled alot so i dont see any issues with Canadian visa this time round.
