Im an implied status because i extend my visitor visa. It’s my 2nd time but it took time to hear from them again. My question is, i will be 1 year here in canada on March with my boyfriend and we plan to apply commonlaw once i heard from IRCC. Should i extend another visitor record? Or apply directly PR under commonlaw category inland?
